Dear Bill,

I would like to let you know that we have received your letter and thank you for being truthful with what happened to your maker. I did forward your letter on to the head Coffee Engineer and asked him if he would reply back. Also we asked Benton Harbor to send us the coffee maker you returned so we could do a Total Replacement on it if you would like us too. If you chose to do so, I will have it checked out completely for you. If this not to your satisfaction, we will be glad to do a Buyback on this unit.
